Foundations is a slower-paced class where we really take the time to break things down. We’ll focus on understanding each movement, where you should be feeling it, how to modify when needed, and how to get the most out of every exercise. My goal is to help you move through the learning curve with more confidence so that classes feel more approachable and effective.
This series is great for
- beginners
- anyone coming back to movement after a break
- people who want more clarity, cues, and confidence in class
It’s a 6 week series Starting May 17th, held Sunday mornings at 8:15am. $200 for the full six weeks.
You can absolutely take Saturday classes at the same time if you’d like, and there’s no pressure to “graduate” before joining other classes. Foundations is just an added layer of support and education.
